Pet Adoption is Saving a Life
A little background on the founders of Fairy Tails Rescue… Sarah and Jules, are originally from Pugh Zoo Rescue. Sarah founded Pugh Zoo and ran it from 2014 to 2019 after fostering and volunteering for other rescues for several years. Jules was one of her best fosters and volunteers during that time. Over that 5yrs span thousands of lives were saved but sadly personal issues arose which forced a closure. Two years later they have teamed up as Fairy Tails Rescue and can’t wait to save lives with the help of fans, family, friends and all those willing to join them on this journey!! <3
Fairy Tails Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit, animal rescue based in Harford County, Maryland. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless, abandoned or unwanted animals in danger of death, abuse or neglect.
We place animals in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes thorough applications/questionnaires/conversations, taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing an animal into their homes and lives.
Animals in our care are spayed/neutered if applicable, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in caring foster homes while they await placement in their forever homes.
Virtually every dollar taken in goes directly to the care of the animals. Our rescue remains interested in and committed to the welfare of the animal beyond the adoption process.
Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations across the country to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.
